  • Can I receive a refund ?
    All sales are final.
  • What should I do if my file is damaged?
    Send us pictures of the damage files and we will send you another version of the file. You can send the pictures to support@jbmheights.com
  • Where can I ask a question?
    You can ask a question in the chat box if you don't see a question that's on this page.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Standard shipping typically takes 3–11 business days. Expedited options are also available at checkout.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Currently, we only ship within the United States. For special requests, please contact us directly.

    We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items. Proof of purchase, order number or receipt, is required. Email us @ contact@jbmheights.com
  • Can I exchange an item?
    We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods offered at checkout.
